We Olive

We Olive is an olive oil specialty and gourmet foods store located in historic Trolley Square in downtown Salt Lake City. Olive oil is the star of our show and for good reason! We only carry domestic olive oils that have been certified by the California Olive Oil Council (COOC), assuring the highest quality, freshest, and properly processed olive oil on the market. We also offer several varieties of delicious balsamic vinegar that is sure to up your cooking game. Our gourmet foods, including tapenades, stuffed olives, and mustards, are all made with real ingredients that you can read and pronounce.
